Sizing & Product Information

How should I determine my size?

We advise measuring your body features and comparing them with our size guide. If you have done this and you are still unsure, contact us and we will help you find the right fit.

What is the difference between Standard, Tall and Petite sizes?

Our Standard, Tall and Petite sizes differ in length of the leg inseam. The Tall sizes were made for people whose height is between 170cm to 179cm while Petite sizes were made for people whose heigh is between 155cm to 166cm. For more detailed information visit our size guide.

Are your clothes suitable for men?

While we crafted many of our garments with women in mind, most of our clothes are designed to be suitable for all genders. We recommend checking your waist and hip measurements with the size guide to find your best fit. If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us —we’re happy to help!

Do you offer size exchanges if the item doesn't fit?

Due to our preorder-based production, we do not offer exchanges on items. However, we are happy to provide refunds. If you wish to return your item and order a different size or style, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

What materials do you use in your items?

Ordering & Payments

How does Preorder process work?

Operating on a preorder basis means we begin production only after an order is placed, helping us minimize waste. This may affect the delivery time, as it takes 7 to 10 days for your item to be produced + the time it needs to get delivered. But all you need to do is place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Depending on the status of your order, this may or may not be possible. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at info@wearetheotherones.com

Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer gift cards at this time.

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! Customers are responsible for shipping costs, as well as duties and taxes. However, we do cover shipping for return items. For more information visit here.

What is the estimated delivery for orders?

The estimated delivery time depends on where the order is being shipped and if you chose standard or express shipping. Standard shipping usually takes 7 -15 days while express shipping takes 2-5 days. For more detailed information visit here.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is prepared and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number to view updates and delivery estimation.

How do I return my items?

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

We’re sorry to hear that something went wrong during shipping. While we do our best to prevent these issues, they can occasionally happen. Please contact us at info@wearetheotherones.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I change the shipping adress after an order has been placed?

This depends on the status of your order. If your item is still in production (which takes 7-10 days), you can update your address. We’ll notify you by email once production is complete. However, if the item has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to change the address. If this happens, please contact us.
