Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We hope you love your new clothes! But if you need to make a return, no worries—we’ve got you covered. You have 15 days from the delivery date to send your items back.

If you’re not fully satisfied, just email us at info@wearetheotherones.com, and we’ll help you find the right solution. Plus, we cover the return shipping!

  • Refund

    We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is returned in unsatisfactory condition. Items must be returned in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, free of stains, and with all original tags still attached.

  • Exchange

    Due to our preorder-based production, we do not offer exchanges on items. However, we are happy to provide refunds. If you wish to return your item and order a different size or style, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Shipping

    We cover the shipping cost of return items.

  • Return

    If you're not satisfied with your clothes, simply send us an email with the subject line 'RETURN,' and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We’ll discuss what didn’t meet your expectations and provide instructions on how to properly pack and return the item. Once we receive it and confirm it’s in satisfactory condition, we’ll process your refund.

    Once we’ve discussed what didn’t work and agreed on the return, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions for packing and shipping your item.

  • 4. Refund Process

    Once we received your item and confirmed it’s in a satisfactory condition, we’ll process your refund.
